Painting for beginners.  An overview of the traditional tools and methods used widely by painters everywhere.  This painting class is an essential introduction to the preferred materials a beginning painter needs to start expressing themselves with a brush and color on canvas.  Focused on the most direct and effective approach to seeing, composing & creating a painting using water-based painting media (watercolor, acrylics).  Painting like an artist begins with a few key components of every artist - shape, color and composition.
